1 1/2 pound wide egg noodles
2 1/2 cup sugar
6 extra large eggs
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups sour cream
12 oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
Boil the noodles in salted water. Strain noodles from water. In a large mixing bowl, combine noodles with remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a no stick vegetable sprayed pan.
Bake at 350 degree F in a Bain Marie for 2 1/2 hours.
